Cunningham is a refined residential project defined by its warm, restrained material palette and carefully composed architectural form. Natural timber, stone, and soft neutral finishes work together to create a calm, grounded atmosphere, while considered openings and spatial sequencing bring in controlled natural light and frame views to the surrounding context. The result is a home that feels both intimate and open, shaped by a clear sensitivity to site and setting.

Across the project, there is a strong emphasis on craftsmanship and detail, where every junction, surface, and transition has been carefully resolved to reinforce the overall sense of cohesion. The balance between solid and void, interior and exterior, creates a quiet architectural rhythm that elevates everyday living. The design was developed in collaboration with FIGR Architecture & Design, whose approach further refines the project’s precision and material clarity.
